Factory puff ratings are calibrated using standard automated laboratory inhalation testing (typically 1.2 to 1.5 seconds per draw at a standard volume). In practical everyday usage, 1mL of pre-filled e-liquid yields approximately 600 to 800 standard inhalations. An 18,000-puff device requires a true 22mL to 25mL reservoir capacity to sustain its advertised longevity.
One of the most frequent inquiries from adult consumers across Australia is: “How can a disposable vape provide 10,000 or 18,000 puffs from such a compact shell?” The answer lies in the physics of aerosol vaporisation, fluid sponge saturation density, and inhalation time metrics.

Why Draw Duration Changes Personal Longevity
Testing machines pull draws at exactly 1.2 to 1.5 seconds. However, adult vapers who prefer deep, direct-to-lung draws often pull for 2.5 to 3.5 seconds. Doubling your draw duration doubles the e-liquid consumed by the atomiser, which naturally halves the total puff count while delivering the exact same aggregate volume of vapour.
Hardware featuring telemetric digital screens, such as the WALA YO series, accurately tracks this by measuring cumulative vaporization duration rather than just blind cycle counts. For adult users stocking up for weeks or months, buying multi-packs through our Wholesale Portal offers the lowest cost per millilitre delivered anywhere in Australia.
