Shipping & Discreet Delivery Policy
Domestic dispatch covering NSW, VIC, ACT, QLD, SA, WA, TAS, and NT.
WALA Vape Australia dispatches all orders locally via Australia Post using plain, unmarked packaging. Delivery timeframes are structured by destination zone: NSW, VIC & ACT take 3–5 business days; QLD & SA take 5–8 business days; and WA, TAS & NT take 8–10+ business days. Full online tracking is provided upon dispatch.
1. Delivery Timeframes by State & Territory
To ensure reliable domestic transit, all consignments are lodged directly through the Australia Post domestic delivery network. Transit timeframes vary depending on geographic destination:
Eastern Hub
Australia Post – NSW, VIC & ACT
Total Delivery: 3–5 Business Days
Central & Northern Hub
Australia Post – QLD & SA
Total Delivery: 5–8 Business Days
Western & Regional Hub
Australia Post – WA, TAS & NT
Total Delivery: 8–10+ Business Days
*Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, and Australian National/State Public Holidays. Remote regional addresses may experience slight extensions in transit.
2. 100% Plain & Discreet Packaging Guarantee
We recognize that privacy is paramount for adult customers. Every consignment leaves our facility under strict discretion standards:
- Zero External Branding: Parcels are shipped in plain satchels or unbranded cardboard cartons. There is no mention of “WALA”, “Vape”, or hardware descriptors anywhere on the exterior.
- Discreet Sender Identity: The consignment label displays a neutral domestic business descriptor for complete billing and parcel discretion.
- Hardware Protective Cushioning: All items are lined with shock-absorbent cushioning to protect sensitive smart screens, dual mesh elements, and battery cells during transit.
3. Live Australia Post Tracking
Upon parcel scanning at the Australia Post sorting hub, an automated dispatch confirmation containing your live tracking number will be emailed to your registered address. You can monitor the parcel’s progress through the Australia Post website or mobile application at each transit milestone.
Age Verification & Signatures: In adherence to strict 18+ compliance regulations, packages may require adult signature confirmation upon handover to prevent youth access. Parcels cannot be left in unsecured locations if proof of legal age cannot be established.
4. Correct Delivery Address Details
Please double-check your complete street name, unit/apartment number, and postal code during checkout. If you identify an address error after placing your order, notify our support team within 30 minutes so the dispatch manifest can be updated prior to Australia Post lodgement.
